UK TV Premiere Dates: 2023 Calendar

You could go outside. Stick your face in the sunshine, watch a seagull peck at a bin in the park, do the awkward no-after-you dance with a fellow human being on a narrow pavement. But really, is it worth the bother? Inside is where it’s really happening. Inside is where the television lives.

On that television currently in the UK, there’s plenty to enjoy, not least the excellent third and final series of Scottish thriller Guilt, available on BBC iPlayer, weekly episodes of Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton’s Inside No. 9, the second series of Channel 4 crime comedy caper The Curse and more. That’s in addition to US series currently airing including sweet-natured football comedy Ted Lasso, sour-natured brilliant rich people drama Succession, the second series of flashback-wilderness-murder-mystery Yellowjackets, which you can find on Paramount+ in the UK, the final season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and so many more. Too many, if you ask us. It’s just silly now.

We’ll update this list of TV highlights weekly with more shows, dates and times as the release announcements arrive. If you’re based in the US, here’s where to look for the relevant info.
